Standalone MS Access application with VBA coding used to compare the monthly phone calls listing with client phones database in order to settle phone bills for each estate agent.

Features: import and process electronic bill from phone company (csv file), generate the client phones database by joining all related tables from external applications used inside company, generate centralized or extended reports with settle results, monthly archiving.
